These terms govern your use of the Journeys application and website (collectively, "Journeys"). By creating an account or using Journeys, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Journeys.
Acceptable use
Don't use Journeys to break the law, harass others, send unsolicited SMS to people who did not opt in, upload content you don't have rights to, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of the trip content you create. You grant us a limited license to store and display it in order to run the service (for example, to show a trip to a collaborator you invited).
SMS Coach
SMS Coach is optional. By subscribing, you confirm the phone number is yours or that you have permission to use it, and you agree to receive recurring SMS from Journeys about your trips. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.
Termination & deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers
Journeys is provided "as is" without warranties. Trip suggestions, routes, and estimates are informational — verify times, prices, and conditions with the underlying providers before you rely on them.
